Informative summary of the course
The children's creativity program, aimed at children from 4 to 8 years old, focuses both on personal expression and on experimenting with proposals based on the primary "Graphic Alphabet", addressing issues related to color, stains, etc. We will promote aspects related to creativity and aesthetics.
This workshop aims to keep children's curiosity alive and to channel their expressive and creative potential. We face visual education as a way to achieve an increase in the creative faculties of children's students.
Days of the week: one day a week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
Schedule: 17:30 to 19:00h
Conditions for access: age between 4 and 8 years old
Duration: School year from September to June
CONTENTS
The exercises of the program vary from year to year, but are based on the general concepts of plastic language: approach to the study of color, light, volume, point, line, plane, expression and creativity.
- Approach to useful materials for plastic expression.
- Use of the basic techniques of drawing, painting, modeling, collage, textures.
- Approach to the work of different artists or artistic movements.
- Relate plastic art with other artistic disciplines such as music and literature.
OBJECTIVES
- Encourage expression and communication through plastic language.
- To develop different specific techniques that broaden the child's plastic language.
- To promote work in common and cooperative attitudes.
- To develop the desire for observation and experimentation as a source of knowledge.
- Encourage reflection and creativity, promoting abstract thinking and personal expression.
